The restaurant la Potinière and its art deco facade has been since 1926 a landmark in the history of Chamonix. Located on the iconic Place Balmat, we welcome you 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 10pm with a continuous catering from 11am to 10pm.

The entire team of La Potinière is at your disposal for you to spend a unique moment and will accommodate to all your wishes from breakfast to dinner through lunch and aperitif time.

An authentic restaurant

Entirely renovated in 2022 La Potinière now offers a chic and warm environment. The use of green tones and wood combined with designer furniture and lighting give the place a soothing and friendly atmosphere.

The space design and choice of furniture meet the expectations of everyone. Velvet benches, high stools or classic chairs, a terrace, a room bathed in light with large windows or a more intimate space will give you plentiful choices for a perfect moment.

The chef works essentially with fresh products and favors short circuits.
